AX Projects Installation Warranty
Warranty Coverage
AX Projects ("the Company") provides a Two-Year Installation Warranty for installations completed by our team. This warranty, effective from the installation completion date, ensures that our workmanship and installed materials are free from defects under normal usage conditions.
Our Commitment
Within the warranty period, should any issues arise due to faulty workmanship or defective materials, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the affected components. This warranty does not extend to damages resulting from accidents, improper use, natural disasters, or modifications made by parties other than AX Projects.
Limitations
Our warranty explicitly does not cover:
1. Expected wear and tear
2. Issues stemming from inadequate maintenance
3. Damage from unauthorized alterations or repairs
4. Deliberate damage or vandalism
5. Problems arising from installations not performed by AX Projects
Product-Specific Considerations
Wood Products
- Our warranty covers workmanship only, not the inherent characteristics of wood.
- Natural wood processes such as shrinkage, warping, or cracking are not covered.
- We strongly recommend applying a protective stain promptly, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Wood products may vary in appearance from samples due to natural variations.
Manufactured Products (Vinyl, Composite, Metal, Chainlink)
- Our warranty covers installation workmanship.
- Material defects are covered under separate manufacturer warranties.
Claim Procedure
To initiate a claim:
1. Notify AX Projects in writing within the warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Allow our team reasonable access for inspection and potential repairs.
Note: Service calls for issues not covered by this warranty may incur charges.
Liability Constraints
The Company's liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship or materials as outlined in this document. AX Projects shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Transferability
This warranty remains valid for subsequent property owners within the original warranty period.
Governing Jurisdiction
This warranty is subject to the laws of British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in British Columbia.
Completeness of Agreement
This document represents the complete agreement between the customer and AX Projects regarding the installation warranty, superseding any prior discussions or understandings.
